“bought an item in from australia to my home address in usa. after item did not arrive (about 2 weeks later) i looked online and saw that they had cancelled my order. i called and they told me it was because it was placed from outside the country. i wanted to reorder it, but they refused to honor the original price i paid. i asked to speak to the manager, but of course the manager is never available when you have a complaint. terrible customer service.”
