Tip from david

I am traveling in Hong Kong and I had my Master Card transaction refused. I called used a borrowed cell 416 947 2900. I hung up after a 6 minute wait. I called later from a land line and got through to the Master Card representative For HOME DEPOT? It appears that CIBC who had just recently bought the Master Card Business from CITI had removed or deleted the 24 hour emergency line before they had transfer card holders to CI BC. Using a borrowed IPad I was about find the 24 hours emergency number. However, it may be called a 24 emergency line but the person could not help me at all as he did not access to my account. he requested I call back when the fraud department open. He could not even take my number to request the fraud department call me. No wonder CIBC has to buy customers from CITI. if this is an example of CIBC customer service who would want a CIBC credit card. it has been 48 hours and CIBC has not yet responded to my complaint.
