However, it may be called a 24 emergency line but the person could not help me at all as he did not access to my account. he requested I call back when the fraud department open. He could not even take my number to request the fraud department call me. No wonder CIBC has to buy customers from CITI. if this is an example of CIBC customer service who would want a CIBC credit card. it has been 48 hours and CIBC has not yet responded to my complaint. ”
