“The Sac 916 Number is an "admin office" - Helpful person answered - no ability to look up claim info, etc..
Offered that online you can request an agent to call you at their schedule, or try to schedule a call. Then said and of course there is the main number (said begrudgingly) - at which I replied, totally useless all automated info, misleading and time waster.
You may not get much from this number, but they will point you somewhere.
