“i had this card with a three hundred dollar limit,i also had insurance on my card for mor than a year,they charged the surance payment on the card,lost my job called to have insurance kick in but it never happened,they said it was a couple of days late so my insurance wasn't valid, capital one turned my account over to collection and now the collection co. is saying i owo them twenty hundred dallars this is a rip off,never mind the fact i can't get through to the customr service department.
