“WE HAVE A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. THE TRANSMISSION/DRIVE TRAIN LITERALY FELL OUT WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE BAT 70MPH. THIS WAS ON 9/8/2009. OUR TRUCK IS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP "WAITING ON PARTS". OUR "PROMISE DATE" WAS NOV 10'2009. WE HAVE BEEN VERY UNDERSTANDING BUT THIS IS BEYOND UNREAL! I AM CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE FOR 13 MINUTES WHILE "JOSH IN SALT LAKE CITY, UT TRYS TO OUT WHAT IS GOING ON! TOTALLY DISCUSSED”
