“Yes, it's really hard to get past the automated phone system to get to a real person. I had been trying without success to get a payoff statement for a month, after requesting on on the phone system and also by email. Finally I noticed their customer service hours run until midnight(Eastern time zone)on weekdays, so I called the 800 number at 11:15 PM on a Friday and after pressing "0" during the automated system, I got a woman almost right away. She was very helpful and said she would mail me a payoff statement on the next mailing. By the way, their customer service hours are 7 AM to midnight M- F, 8 AM to 7 PM Saturday, and noon to 11 PM Sunday (all Eastern time). Hope this helps.
