“This banks customer service is a JOKE, I have never received an satisfactory response to any issue at the Glenolden, PA branch I even had the manager dodge me and refuse to meet with me. The phone customer service is even worse rude and unhelpful, I will be terminating my association with this dump of an organization. Try credit union or Sovereign Bank if you want decent service.”
