“This method is not recommended, the prompts are there for a reason. Comcast has a special que system that makes sure you get to the right dept. Sometimes by following the method on this site you may get someone in billing who is only SLIGHTLY trained in tv issues, but they must take the call be cause there are also problems if too many transfers are occuring. Ask anyone who works there, EVEN COMCAST EMPLOYEES follow all the prompts, they never skip. Dont believe me, just ask.
