Today, Sunday, August 23, 4 pm Pacific, I tried ALL the alternate suggestions and NONE worked. Every attempt ended up routing me to a recording for the billing department, saying I should call back during normal business hours, and then disconnecting me, with no further chance of prompts, so I had to attempt calling again. AFTER giving up and "properly" going through ALL the prompts, having to listen to Shaq O'Neal & Ben Stein (No, I didn't ASK to talk to them!), AND later, a commercial for a Pay per-view event (No, I did NOT ask about IT, either!) I FINALLY got the "UNUSUALLY high call volume" recording that IS normal, no matter WHEN I call (i.e., they NORMALLY have an UNUSUALLY high call volume???). Shortly after I decided I had no choice EXCEPT to wait, I got a recording saying I did NOT have to WAIT, I would not lose my place in line, that I could leave my phone number and get a callback WHEN it was my turn, "WITHOUT being on hold": I'll try anything once . . . left my name and n
