“Computershare must have received too many calls on 1800 611 4777 it is now "not available, please check the number & try again" Simply trying to update my bank account details & TFN proved impossible. Now I have the unpleasant task of retrieving tax from the ATO. I honestly do not think I have received such poor customer service or come across a more poorly designed customer - computer interface than theirs. The problem is once they have been contracted by a company to handle the share registry the poor suckers like us just do not matter - most transactions are carried out through brokers, individuals are just a pain in the arse to them.”
