“i have never been on an airline before went thur your company and the pilots and flight attendant was very nice and supportive and even annopunced it was my first flight i want to say thanks feb8,2009. was on a 74 seater and was very comfortable was going to miami for a ncl cruise. on way home it was alittle crazy but we were all sympathic as it was a crash in buffalo. everyone was patient. we appreciated all the kindness during your rough time. thanks ”
