“This is my 3rd try with the Continental one pass desk. 1st. time I waited 40 minutes!!! then I called the number listed here; sure I got picked up in 3 rings then transferred to Int'l waited 15 minutes, now I am on my 10 minutes on hold and counting. I have not heard a human in about 1 hour! ”
