“Cox telephone and Internet service has to have to worst customer service of all on the internet. When you call their service number you wind up in a loop that asks to punch numbers and it goes back to the same menu again and again. You can spend over 5 minutes trying to find anyone to talk to and then that person will send you to another site and you start over with the same previous menu and run around. ”
