Currys (UK) Tip from frances cottrell

“my sister bought a washing machine and paid £15 to have it installed. when the enginear had gone she put the machine on and WATER WAS POURING from the back hose. When she went to the local currys in basingstoke whe it was purchased they could not tell her when they could exchange it and the staff there were VERY UNHELPFULL so now she is left with a brand new machine and WATER all over her kitchen floor. She is a very UNHAPPY womam and currys wont be used by our family ever again. Because of the bad staff who could'nt give a dam about the problem and hung up on her when she tried to ring them!!!!!! very BAD way to run a business!!!!! francescottrell@yahoo.co.uk”
