“I contacted Better Business Bureau after 3 weeks had passed and my "next business day in home service" warranty had still not been honored. Dell sent somebody within a couple of days (still not next day - but at least something) and provided a small credit. Not much, but at least action was taken. Try BBB if your warranty is not being honored.
(However, if you do not have a Dell, just don't get one! I've had headache after headache - and my computer is still not functioning correctly.)
