I don't believe this johnny mock character, sounds like a hoax...I'm an IT pro and pc tech, only takes 30 minutes to find out if you have a bad motherboard, less than 5 for a bad hard drive... they'll let any 12 year old use a keyboard and bash any corporation on the internet, or johnny is actually a junior exec at HP... consider the source! DJ I own a pc repair shop, there are ppl like this everywhere, lemmings and idiots!”
