“"I lost my microsoft office when DELL came out to replace my software....I called Dell stayed on hold for about 2hours then they sent me a package that suppose to replace it and turns out it wasn't the right thing.So called DELL back,was transferred about 20times- no lie,total of 5hours plus And still my problem isn't resolved.DELL SUCKS NEVER AGAIN will a purchase from them.They don't have it togetther and all of them contradict themselves"”
