I have had an ongoing nightmare with my Dell XPS laptop and 4-in-1 printer. Both of them have crashed continually; it has required hours and hours and hours of time on the telephone to get anything done. The printer is the worst. The printer problem has been fixed three times (in part fixed by completely refomratting my computer, thereby wiping out my previous files) and the same problem has recurred. It is very hard to get to the right person who knows printers; one time I had the non-printer person (?) who attempted a repair and thereby crashed my entire computer. Three different people made arrangements to call me back and failed to do so. I have been cut off and lost on hold more times than I can count. It is impossible to get the same technician twice, so you have to start all over again on each call. The phone calls have lasted up to six hours; at minimum, they are several hours as the technician laboriously works through trial and error to attempt a fix. I would not b
