“Directv was the most disappointing custom service I have ever seen. After 3 e-mails back and forth with them and only getting responses that look like the responding CSR just cut and pasted verbiage off the website without even reading my e-mails, has forced me to give up on them. If you have a problem that is not covered by anything on their website, don't bother contacting them. ”
