This got me to a person (india), but they just told me to call one of the robot numbers again. The robot number spends 5 minutes talking about going to the website (which doesn't work and tells me to call the number). When it gets to where option can be input, sensitivity is WAY too high and robot repeats "sorry I didn't understand that" (when I didn't say anything) 3x before hanging up on me...only to restart the process. F*ck this company!
