I am a frustrated expedia customer who has spent hours on line waiting and wasted time repeating my problem to agents who seemed powerless to deal with my problem and continually refer it to a mysterious group of supervisors who never reply. The problem started with a error in return flight dates which where on the same day but out buy a month ie. needed Sat Feb 27 and by mistake booked Sat. Mar. 27 all of which was not pointed out until arriving at the WestJet counter at the airport, After a 45 minute wait/call to Expedia it was determined that they could not make a change and that there where no flights available for several days despite WestJet having 4 seats available on the flight in question.........we puchased two tickets direct from WestJet and decided to deal with Expedia when we returned home, the following morning I called explained the situation to and agent who gave me a confirmation of cancellation number and a refund amount which was short of what we had paid WestJet but considering the fact it was my error I accepted as reasonable. On March 8 over a week later I was contacted and told there would be no refund as the refund department had denied the request........I called again on March 9 for customer service to discuss this and a agent politely appologized and said she would discuss it with her supervisor and she would have either herself or her supervisor call me later that day. March 13 still no reponse so called again went through my story again for another time and was told a supervisor would review it but could not speak to me at that time. I FEEL THIS IS A RUNAROUND AND THERE IS NO INTENTION TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM........BAD SERVICE
