don't just click next and go on without reading important facts about your reservation.
don't blame the company if you want to rebook or change your reserveation if it is "NON-REFUNDABLE, CANNOT BE CHANGED or CANCELLED".
understand the fact that the company provide the cheapest prices available to all customers. it is not the companys fault if you cant make it to your reservation. company has already served you by providing you the cheapest price available for that certain date...
now, if its because its your decision not to go due to any reason (even the weather) you cannot blame the travel agency for that...
i hope you understand customers who are only thinking their part and blame the fault to the company whom you made your reservation...
