“I bought a used vehicle and my father put me on his insurance. Everything was done by the dealer so I thought everything was all set. Then I start getting violations in the mail. Apparently my license plate was changed ( I had no idea). What do I do now? Ive gone through tolls at least 10 times. Im a single parent of 2 and unemployed. Its not a matter of I dont think I should have to pay, I CANT pay!”
