“I filed a complaint in Feb, April, early May, sent in all documents, and no one has responded. My case is assigned to Ms. Hull and I am repeatedly told she has no phone number. My last conversation was with "Patricia" on May 06, when I also faxed a request for an update. 'd like to hear from the company today, I am very disappointed with Ford's products and customer service.
