“05/27/2011 I have been trying to pay my bill , no luck login not going through, reset password/ user name changed/ no matter what i do cannot get through to pay bill payment due 06/02/2011 by phone there is a $15.00 charge.there ia a serious problem here,not good for business,satisfied customers are good advertisement.right now I am not a happy camper”
