“I had owed a large balance, so I had called to make a settlement offer. They agreed and I paid over 400.00. They received my money but they didn't close my account. I m still getting collection calls saying I still owe over 500.00. I'm so pissed off. I thought everything was taken care of, but it hasn't and now it looks like I didn't pay my bill and its hurting my credit because of this.”
