“GE Money Bank's has a horrific Voice Mail hell. Circle after circle and never able to reach a live person. Finally got a "live" person but she was so incompetent, she could not answer a simple question. Transferred me back to Voice Mail and I went in the same circles. Not able to reach a real person. It is a scam!”
