“I bought a ticket for my son to travel from Utah to Tennessee. In Denver at a lay over the ticket was stolen. I tried to get them to re-issue the ticket as it was purchased on line. They refused to do so and I was forced to buy another ticket( at last minute pricing) or leave my son stranded in Denver at 7 degrees and knowing no one there. the number listed above does not handle customer service issues the right # 214-849-8966 but only buiseness hours central time.”
