this will be real simple. they're inabilty to understand english messed everything up more than the fact than i knew more about what needed to be done to fix my problem than the tech support did my printer still doesnt print then they want me to fax or email them info from a printer/fax that doesnt work the last straw was when they wanted to do a remote desktop finally had to tell them that it all of a sudden it wont even turn on to get myh rma after 3 hrs and bieng hung up on twice
