“I had cursor/arrow problems in the second week after buying my laptop at Staples. Called tech support & landed in India/Phillipenes & had trouble understanding them. Asked to be transfered to the US (sometimes I get lucky). Couldn't resolve problem & made things worse, so it was sent to a division in customer service where they offered to build me a laptop. Instead, got a replacement at Staples. Same think happened to the 2nd laptop. Again tech support couldn't resolve the problem or I had trouble understanding their english with a heavy forign accentso I went back to customer service. Two weeks later-6/11/09, they called wanting more info. Will call them tomorrow.
Biggest problem-Some tech support personel have an accent that's hard to understand.
