“Have spent 3-plus hours in last three days, emailed with 6 people, spoken with 10...still no replacement for 2101nw Wireless Print Server which stopped working. Cannot get to anyone with authority to OK that or actually listens to me. Was specifically instructed by HP support to request a supervisor, but was never given access to one. Among the 10 support people, only one was native English speaker. Also, phone numbers given me by HP reps are inaccurate. Have emailed the Board Chair/CEO. See what that gets.
