“Called their tech support due to the CD that came with my printer not working with my tower. The tech would not service me unless I gave my personal information, which I was not interested in, nor did they have a basic understanding of how software/hardware compatibility works... I'm very disappointed as HP used to be a quality product and their technical support was top notch. For today's encounters I would have to give a 1 out of 5. ”
