Tip from another customer

“I recently placed an order through the internet and for some reason when it was shipped, the usps returned it. No notification from penney's or usps as to why. A customer service rep. called me and asked if I would like to reorder so I said yes and guess what? I still never recieved my items. I called sometime later and was told there was no order showing for me. What is going on? Ronald Collare”
