“For well over one year I have been getting phone calls at (916) 201-7966 from Kaiser offices (pharmacy, from (916)973-6490, and other Kaiser numbers. Callers are leaving voice mails or speaking to me about a Mr. Louis Patillo (spelling?) We have the same cell # except from what I understand this man's cell #'s area code is different than (916). I think he is at (209). In any case he has a different area code and Kaiser staff are not paying attention. The overabundance of calls that I get throughout the year is enough for me to now complain. Please let people know in these areas and others that it is important to pay attention to accurate phone numbers (including the area code). Also I have saved the last recent call this week...and I can not even understand the person when they speak their name... so speaking clearly and slow enough for people to understand might be good too...Thank you.”
