“I'll never buy Kodak again! sent this to them today...
since there is no email for general support, you get this complaint! Yeah. Bought 2(not just 1 but TWO) Kodak cameras thru HSN for christmas gifts with a $30.00 rebate. Mailed rebates on 1/6/2011. forgot the receipts (my vision's not great-missed the VERY FINE print!!). so... 2 MONTHS later (today) I rec'd notice they couldn't process the 2 rebates ($60.00!!!!!) without ORIGINAL receipts???? (both are on 1 receipt!!!) and MUST be remailed and re'c by YOU by 3/23/2011. ordered another rect-NO CHANCE OF dong this in time DUE TO DELAYED RESPONSE BY YOU! Ok. my time is VERY valuable... I, nor my friends, nor family, nor friends of family, nor clients... etc! will ever buy KODAK again. I will make very sure I tell ALL about you waiting till it's too late for me to remail these 2 rebates! what a HUGE disappointment that KODAK should pull a load of bunk like this. Lying, cheating bullcrap from what I THOUGHT was a great company... you showed your TRUE colors !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
