“I bought a Magnavox LCD TV on 7-23-07 I paid $1,009 @ Sams Club after only 3 years the T.V. no longer works I took it in to see what the problem was and it is a problem with the switch board power supply board. To repair it will cost $338.01 Needless to say we did not have it fixed as I have tried many times to find someone from this company to get a resolution. I have spoken to a Live person who told me to send a letter to the address and hopefully they will respond as she just takes messages. I wrote two letters within 2 months and no reply. I have been told "too bad you should have had an extended warrenity" Ha ha I will never ever buy from this company again... Now I am stuck with a 3 year old T.V. that needs repair and I can not get anywhere with there customur service.... ”
