“ON the 11th of July I bought a re-loadit pack for my Only 1 card issued through MetaBank. I tried to add the funds to my card, but it didn'y work, so I called and was told to try later, which I did to no avail. I called again two days later and was told that a "ticket had to be submitted to Corporate" since this was happening to other (many) customers. It is now the 23rd, and every call I make they tell me there is nothing they can do but submit tickets to their corporate office, which does not respond. Now they tell me that I can't get a refund guaranteed, either. I can try it, but it can take up to 21 days for them to respond, and there is not assurance that I will be issued a refund. This is a theft crime, committed with fraudulent intent. What can we do about this? I plan to submit complaints to every agency who'll listen, and file suit also.
