“I agree, just had a very bad service with them. Spoke to a Customer Service Rep, asked to speak to their boss, Customer Relations Supervisor, then asked to speak to their boss - also a Customer Relations Supervisor. When I question the response I received was - I am the supervisor on the floor. He didn't have a boss. Wouldn't tell me who he reported to.
Our issue was that we wanted Metlife to follow through on what they had promised us, but they said that we were mis-informed and that they could not honor their commitment. BAD service.
