National City uses an auto-dialer to contact customers. The dialer calls my home number 40-50 times per day. There is no one on the other end of the line when I answer the phone. I've called National City and told them I am filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. Can you imagine getting 40-50 calls each day with no one on the other end of the phone?
