I had been billed on my credit card for a product that I have not used in 2-3 yrs. The same thing happened last year. After dialing the listed number and selecting #6 which said it was for Subscriptions, I was barely put on hold when a very pleasant Indian sounding lady answered the phone, named Rupnani. She spoke & understood English. She listened to my complaint & apologized.She next said that she was refunding the billed amount & canceling the account so that it won't happen again. Rupnani gave me a case/Priority number & a direct phone number to call. That number was only good for someone with a priority number. She said it would take 3-4 days for the Credit to show up on my bill. I fell that the service was handled very professionally & satisfactorily. I am a "happy camper". I will contact you back if things don't work out. THANK YOU.
