“I had Norton AntiVirus removed from my computer several weeks ago....it totally slowed down my computer where it barely worked but mostly "froze up" all the time. My question is - why was it on my Visa bill? I did not have it on my computer long enough to get billed...I would like the amount of $61.11 that was posted on 9/26 and transacted on 9/24 yto be credited to my visa immediately.
