“Could not pick up my prescriptions this evening because a doctor had overcharged so they put a hold on our account! Faxed in documentation that should have released the account over a week ago -- Payflex says they never received the fax! They have our money and I cannot get my prescriptions---I would not recommend this company to anyone!”
