“I will never deal with Purolator again. Originally package was to be delivered on a Friday; was informed by Purolator that package could not be delivered as they would not deliver due to my dog out front my house. I do not have a dog, they delivered to the wrong apt., I called right away for a redeliver on the Monday; made certain they had my correct address and that they were to come to side door, bsmt apt. Monday came and went...still no delivery. Received a voicemail that they could not deliver due to dog in front of my house. I called AGAIN....explained there are 3 apartments in my building and i live at side entrance basement apartment and gave them my phone number. Scheduled a redeliver once again for Tuesday. Guess what????? Same thing happened Tuesday. I called Purolator to complain, they assured me this would not happen again and would ask driver to call before delivery and ensure he had correct entrance. Well I waited all day Wednesday again..finally around 4pm i heard a truck outside my building and I went up to make certain they come to the right entrance and i watched in anger as the driver did not even get out of his truck but barely stopped in the front of my building and did not even wait or attempt to get out of his truck and then drove away with me trying to flag him down.
I called Purolator, waited on hold and then got customer service again and explained the situation. They refused to call the driver back as the package was not deemed an emergency not having to do with my health. So because of the drivers sheer laziness or ignorance I now have to travel to their depot to pick up my package a week after it was to be originally delivered. I have lodged a verbal complaint with customer service and against the driver. Apparently someone from management is supposed to call be back but i am not holding my breath. What a nightmare!!! DO NOT USE this company!!!
