“Recently, my phone service was(is) out and I called for repair from a payphone( good luck finding one of those!!!) only to be told by a recording that the service was being updated and to call back in an hour, or put in a repair request on-line. I got on-line when I got home, went to the web site and clicked on customer service/ e-mail since I didn't know any of the user names or passwords for MyAccount( my wife does that, but she's out of town this week) only to end up at a place that saysCALL US with different numbers. If I could call you, I wouldn't need to, since the phone's been out for 2 days. E-mail should let you send an e-mail to customer service. I kept trying for over an hour and gave up!!!
