“This is from Pasco Washington. One day away from our home in Kelowna, I find it impossible to access my Shaw homepage, emails or online financial transactions. Having aged parents at home we depend on emails rather than long distance. Cannot contact Shaw via phone due to long waits. When I get home [Kelowna], I will drop Shaw like a hot potato.”
