Tip from another customer

Forget it the culture stinks. An employee was actually chastised by a Senior Executive and Director of Customer Service and Sales for taking a customer's call while in an after-hours meeting with them. The meeting had been occurring after hours and the employee picked up the call after the customer called twice. Both the Senior Executive and the Director of Customer Service and Sales knew it was a customer and did not even care! The customer was calling because she was trying to get her service turned on. The customer had been placed on indefinate hold once and had left several unreturned messages prior.
