“Southwest now has a call-you-back system; you type in your phone no., & they call back when it's your turn in the phone queue. SW said you don't lose your turn. Handy, but SW is still one of the suburbs of Hades. And the toilets are so small, they are like coffins stood on end. Nobody tries to keep them clean - nasty.”
