Had a new HTC Desire with slow net access. Wanted to cancel within first week. Phoned 150 multiple time and was hungup on, passed to an automated line telling me to cancel my direct debit. Phone the number here and within minutes my line had been set to the correct speed and an investigation was under way to eductae the the employee who hung up. Excellent service very happy, was put through to complaints within a few minutes and the guy I spoke to owned the issue and called me back till it was resolved.
