“Had numerous missed calls and no services signals in Silicon Valley, CA! Told T-Mobile to fix the problem, they ignored, so I went to a competitor which has been excellent. I told T-Mobile I was leaving if they would not address the issue. They blew me off and so I left and now they want me to pay the ETF's for sub par service? I will never do business with T-Mobile again. They are the worst cell phone provider.”
