“Tried to contact customer service and was hung up on 4 times by the computer. When I finally got through I was told it is a major issue since they put in the new system and they have created a specific form for those complaints. So complain!!! I was also told to just request billing no matter what you need and that usually is working for customers to get out of the system. ”
